What Exactly is the White Mountains of Arizona?  What does that mean?

Good question!  Recently it appears that some online searches for White Mountains AZ real estate are returning results that are Pinetop-centric, and that's a bit misleading.  Because the White Mountains is a whole lot more than just one small area!
Our West USA Realty office is located in Pinetop, that's true.  But we also have another office that qualifies for the White Mountains, and it's located in Overgaard.  And that's important.  Because the White Mountains region extends from the Overgaard area, through Clay Springs, Pinedale, Linden, Show Low, south to Lakeside and Pinetop and on up through the Reservation into Greer and Alpine.
Going East and Northeast, Show Low intersects with Vernon (still considered the White Mountains), White Mountain Lakes, Bourdan Ranch area, etc.  And there's so much variety in the region.  Something for everyone's taste and lifestyle.

What about Show Low?  A LOT about Show Low.  If you think Show Low AZ is just on either side of Deuce of Clubs, you're missing a multitude of real estate opportunities.  There are small areas all over "greater" Show Low, including Linden, Cheney Ranch, Burton, Chapparal, all kinds of fascinating nooks and crannies that you may not know exist.  There's Torreon, Bison Ridge, Bison Retreat, Sierra Pines, Pine Oaks for custom homes on larger lots.  If you've not ventured off 260, you're missing some really great areas-- lots of pine, lots of great homes.  There's also plenty of elbow room acreage all over Show Low, including big 40s on the east, nice view properties in the west including great horse property.
